Individual Board Rules are subject to change.  Each local and national professional board has its own specific Rules and Regulations for Continuing Education Credit Approval and Acceptance.  The approval and acceptance information we provide is believed to be accurate at the time of printing (8-12-07).  Check with your State Regulatory Board if you have questions or concerns not clarified by the information provided below.

While we do our best to stay current with the details of multiple boards in all 50 states, you are ultimately responsible for the acceptance or denial of your license renewal credit hours.

You are responsible for checking with your Board to verify exactly how many online and/or independent homestudy CEU credits/hours you can apply each year toward your specific license renewal.

NOTE: Because a discipline in a state is not listed or specified on this page does not mean that our courses will not be accepted for Continuing Education Credit.

• IF you have approval questions not specifically answered here, please contact Your State Regulatory Board for specific clarification.

• Provide them with the Title and Description of the Courses you wish to take, AND our existing specific Board Approvals (board names and approval numbers) as listed above. This will expedite the process for you.

Fields with "NO" or left blank above may mean that:

1. The particular Board does not pre-approve courses - but we likely meet any post-approval standards.

2. We do not have current information - as we have not yet received word from the Board about pre-approval.

3. That entity does not accept Independent Home Study Courses at all.

4. They do not require continuing education at all.

5. They have their own independent approval process that we have not yet hurdled.

PeachTree's 'Specialty Certifications' are not required nor endorsed by any professional regulatory boards - because Boards only recognize their own issued credentials. However, the Continuing Education courses required to receive all of our Certifications ARE Approved and/or Accepted by the regulatory entities as detailed above.

NEW FLORIDA CE PROCESSING INFORMATION

The FLORIDA Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling has enacted a process for keeping track of your continuing education credits.

“www.CEBroker.com” is a website that you should become familiar with if you are Licensed by the state of Florida.

All approved continuing education providers, such as PeachTree, are now required to go to this website and enter your License Number, the specific course you took for credit, and the date you received the credit, every time you complete a course with our company.

Additionally, you, as a licensed person, can sign up on their site and review your continuing education online, and keep track of the required hours you have completed. You may even be able to complete the renewal process online.

In order to comply with the new website tracking policy mandate, we must ask for your License Number when you earn CEU Credit. If you do not give us your license number in the format recognized by CEBroker.com, we will not be able to submit your credit hours. There should be 2 Letters for your license type (example, MH or SW) followed by 4 numbers - example: SW0000 or MH0000.

If you have already taken a course with us, and you do not see the data posted on CEBroker.com, please contact us with your license number in the proper format, so we can submit your credits.
